Be honest
Only send proof you took yourself, at the place, at the time. Never use photos from the internet or from someone else.
Be safe
No task is worth your safety. If something feels wrong, leave and report it. In danger? Call 911 first.
Respect places
Follow store rules. If photos aren't allowed, don't take them. Answer in text and choose "Couldn't check".
Respect people
Don't photograph people as the subject. Never photograph children.
Keep personal info private
Don't share your home address, IDs, passwords, sign-in code (OTP) or GCash PIN in chat. Links aren't allowed in chat.
Be fair
Requesters: review on time, reject only with a clear reason, and pay right after you approve. Checkers: show up, or leave the task early so someone else can take it.
Rate honestly
No trading ratings, no revenge ratings.
Report and block
Tap ⋮ on a task or chat to report someone or block them.
Tasks that are not allowed
Allowed: information and photo checks at public places, like stock, price, queue length, open or closed, menus, signs and storefronts.
Not allowed:
- People: watching, following or photographing a specific person; checking someone's home, car or whereabouts; photographing minors, schools, or people as the main subject; collecting IDs, documents or personal information.
- Places: private homes or anywhere that needs trespassing; taking photos where the place doesn't allow it; security details (CCTV, vaults, ATM areas, guard schedules); military, police or restricted government facilities.
- Items and money: buying, picking up, delivering or carrying anything, including documents; handling cash for someone.
- Government: lining up, filing or transacting for someone (checking how long a line is, is fine).
- Illegal or harmful: drugs, weapons, gambling, counterfeit goods; alcohol, tobacco or vapes; fake reviews or fake engagement; harassment; adult content; anything that puts the checker in danger.
What happens if you break these
Warning → strike → suspension → permanent ban (see Terms, section 8). Danger to others, illegal tasks or harassment lead to an immediate ban.
